Our 60-day guarantee is valid for customers who have used our B-Tight mask for at least 45 days and still have not seen results.
If you have used the B-Tight mask daily for at least 45 days and still do not see results you are welcome to contact us to request a refund.
This policy is refeirng ONLY to the B-Tight mask.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Returns must be approved within 60 days of your delivery date
ALL items must be returned whether empty, partially used or unopened for a full refund. Returns of incomplete orders will be issued a partial refund.
You must first contact our customer service team to have your return request approved. You will be given a QR code that must be printed out and included with your return. Returns without this QR code cannot be accepted.
Only items purchased on www.maelyscosmetics.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from other resellers cannot be returned or exchanged with maelyscosmetics.com
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns. Choose whichever courier you prefer - just be sure to pack the items properly to ensure your return arrives undamaged. Please do not mail any packages COD (collect on delivery) as they will not be accepted. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If approved, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of our facility receiving your item.
Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Once you receive your package, Please check it and make sure that all items you have ordered are in the package.
In case of receiving damaged or defective items, Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of evidence of the damaged item. We will send a replacement for the damaged item you received at no extra cost.

If your order appears to be lost, we advise you to contact us by email within the first 14 business days of placing your order for US orders and within 30 days for international orders and we’ll be happy to assist you.
If your package is listed as delivered according to tracking information, but you still have not received it please contact us in a timely manner via email and we’ll be happy to assist you. Orders that are returned to us due to invalid shipping information can be resent, however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
